Man and 2 children injured after Houthi missile falls in Ƶ’s Jazan

RIYADH: Three people have been injured after the Iran-backed Houthi militia launched a “military projectile” from Yemeni territory toward Jazan, southwestern Ƶ.
The deputy media spokesperson for the civil defense directorate in Jazan region, Lt. Col. Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Samghan, said the missile was fired from inside Yemeni territory toward one of the border villages in Al-Ardha governorate of Jazan, Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday.
Civil defense teams immediately attended the scene, he added.
A man and two children were injured by “flying shrapnel” and they were immediately taken to hospital for treatment. 
One of the injured was in a critical condition and the other two were stable.
The shrapnel also caused damage to a civilian vehicle that was near the site.
